2 Ton Tracked Transporter

The 2 Ton Tracked Transporter moves soil, sand, gravel, tools and harvest where wheels cannot go: soft ground, steep orchard terraces, forest paths and narrow building sites. The steel-wire reinforced rubber tracks spread the load over a large footprint, so the carrier climbs slopes up to 45 degrees and leaves almost no ruts on wet ground - the reason it has become standard equipment for orchard farmers, mountain construction crews and solar-farm installers.

Operation Features

All controls are designed for single operator use. Engine throttle, gear lever and hydraulic dump lever are within easy reach from the seat platform. The engine is mounted forward of the cargo box to maintain good balance during climbing. Light machine weight allows transportation by a light trailer.

Maintenance Guide

Track tension should be checked weekly. The correct sag at the mid roller is around 20–30 mm, adjusted via the grease fitting on the tension cylinder. Worn rollers on the 150-series bogie can be replaced individually without removing the track.

Inspect the hydraulic dump cylinder and hoses for abrasion at contact points with the cargo box. The ZS1105M diesel engine follows standard service cycles: engine oil and filter replacement every 250 hours [TBC]; shorter air filter service interval for dusty sites.

Wash tracks and bogie wheels after muddy work, and lubricate points marked on the machine decal every week.
